Landb&b™️ was originally founded as a solution to the housing crisis in Byron Bay Australia, by creating a balance between the short-term and long-term rental markets.

Under the application of uHost 365™️ and Axle Home, Landb&b™️ with non-hosted STRA property owners throughout the community, provides affordable accommodation for the workforce in the tourism and public services industries, therefore providing long-term accommodation for the skilled and unskilled workforce.

Our Landlease housing program, allows those outside of the STRA industry to become a part of the solution and provide long term accommodation for young families and working professionals.

This will create more housing options for young families and professionals. We encourage the support of councils’ to implement an affordable rental scheme as part of this strategy, allowing these demographics to live and work in the Byron community.
